HISTORY |
In 1999, Larry B. Hunter, author of the books “Living Purpose between Midnight and Noon” and “Life Tastes Better with God’s Humor” (www.larrybhunter.com) created a fictional character (David Chord) that would entertain people’s thoughts, yet be non-traditional in spirit, not limited by gender roles or expectations (the Metro Male). He also wanted to defy people being labeled by internally focusing on different values, beliefs, interests, and desires, even if was atypical. As a result, David Chord was brought to life as a representative envision-making power, fashioned by actions of imagination and conception of the mind.
