MY WORLDVIEW
according to David Chord

     I am an artist of sorts, and every piece of my artistry embodies a theme integrated into my world view. I have contrast and depth, but have no true colors in my life imprisonment, except for those who love me. I am like the gray areas in a black-and-white photograph in yesterday’s newspaper, not very memorable. Sometimes I feel sorry for myself and throw a pity party on my behalf. Sometimes I focus on everyone else so I don’t have to face myself. Sometimes I just disappear somewhere in my mind where I can’t even find myself. It’s not as if I don’t have self-esteem, I do! It’s the kind of self-esteem that encompasses self-pride, who I am and my abilities. I am just an artist waiting to be discovered.
